You can also reply to an accessible source or attach supported notes. A creation request produces a title and 1–30 items. Broad requests get a starter checklist without a routine follow-up question. If a specifically required source cannot be read, Hashchats explains the limitation instead of inventing its contents.
Checklist context uses up to the past 20 messages without automatically retrieving older pins. Reply explicitly to older sources. Questions, translations, quotations and requests not to create a list do not authorize one. There is no manual checklist builder.
Creation costs actual Text tokens at USD 0.010 per 1,000, with no per-card minimum; source analysis can add usage. Checking, viewing and completion alerts add no AI usage.
Scheduled Text prompts create a fresh list per occurrence without resetting previous lists. Include the items or source attachments in the saved prompt; the schedule composer has no reply-source picker.
