How do I share a location pin manually?

In a People chat, turn @ai off, open Attach and choose Location Pin.

Answer

  1. Choose the place you want to share.
  2. Send the pin to the chat.

Location Pin is an AI-off attachment option. It does not appear in the attachment menu while @ai is on. This manual sharing flow is separate from asking Text AI to find a destination.

Location access is needed when you use your current position. You do not need device location permission to ask Text AI about a named place, such as the Louvre in Paris. Text AI cannot track another person’s live location.
