The scheduled composer follows the same rule. Check Chat Options → Advanced Options → Universal Hashtags and clear the current type's default if you want manual selection again. A manually selected hashtag clears after an accepted AI request. A failed send keeps the selection, and an unsent draft can restore it. A Universal Hashtag remains a shared chat default until it is changed in Chat Options. Old conversational flags do not keep manual selections active.
