This does not itself delete an existing shared chat or remove either participant from it. To reconnect through Contacts, use a fresh invitation. Removing a contact is different from blocking and leaving shared chats.
On updated builds, repeating a completed removal quietly leaves the relationship removed, without another completion notification. Reconnecting later and then removing the contact is a new action.
