On supporting web, iOS and Android builds, a creation request produces 1–100 question-and-answer cards. Without a count, the default is 20 cards for a general audience. Without a topic or source, AI uses general knowledge. Generated study material can contain errors, so check important facts.
Ordinary context includes up to the past 20 messages, without automatically retrieving older pins. Explicitly reply to older notes you need. If a required source is unavailable, Hashchats explains the limitation instead of inventing its contents. Questions, translations, quotations and requests not to create cards do not authorize a deck.
Creation and requested revisions cost actual Text AI usage at USD 0.010 per 1,000 tokens, plus applicable source analysis. The abstract cover adds no Image AI charge. Scheduled Text prompts create a fresh deck each time; save complete instructions and attachments because the schedule composer cannot select a reply source. Only the original requester can ask AI to revise a replied-to deck.
