What information is included in an issue report?

Reviewed October 17, 2026

A report includes your description, selected screenshots, account details and basic app information.

Answer

Apart from content visible in attached screenshots, generic issue reporting does not collect chat histories, passwords or access tokens. Native shake detection stays on your device and does not upload motion readings. Anyone with a screenshot’s complete image link can retrieve it; report descriptions and account details are not publicly readable.

Reports, screenshots and application incident records are retained for 180 days. Account-associated reports and incidents are removed from application storage when you delete the account. Diagnostic copies used for investigation are managed separately by the owner and may remain after application records are removed; contact support to request removal.

Automated investigation uses limited diagnostic evidence relevant to the issue. It does not collect full conversation histories for a generic app report. AI-failure and AI-response reports can include bounded details of the failing request or reported response under the Privacy Policy.

Review screenshots for sensitive content before submitting. See the Privacy Policy for the complete information and retention rules.
